KKvinylusa.com will replace or exchange products only if they are deemed to be incomplete or defective by a company representative. All products are quality-assurance checked for flaws and completeness prior to shipping. You must inform us about incomplete orders, defects, shortages, and/or exceptions within 5 days of receiving your order. There are absolutely no replacements, exchanges, or refunds issued after the product is installed.


Please note that products that aren't ordered together may have different lot numbers, therefore we cannot guarantee a color or pattern match. KKvinylusa.com as manufacturers are always making changes and improvements to provide you with the highest quality products. We does not guarantee any application of our films. We are here to help if you need tips on installation, however, we cannot be held responsible for installation failure.


KKvinylusa.com will not be liable if you order the wrong product. If you receive a product that does not match the description, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue. For any shipment that is refused or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for fees associated with re-shipping the package. Shipping costs are not refundable. We will issue a full refund for the product when your return meets these guidelines. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.
We will process your return request ( accept or reject ) within 3 business ( working ) days .

We will issue a refund within 2 days of receiving the returned package . ( Refund of original payment method )

The customers is responsible for all customs and tax issues and verifying the accuracy of the address . In case of refund due to the following reasons , 20% of the order amount will be deducted as freight loss :

Returned due to incomplete/wrong address provided by customer .
Return by the destination country’s customer .
Return due to non-delivery : customer does not pick up the package at the local post .
Returned due to refusal of the package by customer .
If the package is return due to wrongly printed address on the package, the replacement will be free or it will be completely refunded .Please request a resend or refund .


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and bank fee will be deducted from your refund .
